Hatha Yoga

Every Sunday at the serene hour of 8.30 am, our community gathers for a revitalizing Hatha yoga class. This gentle and accessible practice is designed to promote physical and mental well-being, leaving participants feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Hatha yoga, a traditional form of yoga, is a holistic practice that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is believed to have originated in ancient India and has been practiced for centuries to cultivate a harmonious balance between the body and mind.
