Program begins: 6:30pm
Namkha Drimed Rinpoche is the revealer of the complete cycle

con-fidence which allows us to develop a sense of vision and
succeed in what we are doing.
His Eminence Namkha Drimed Rinpoche (b. 1938) is a spiritual master, a Ripa lineage holder of the Gesar Teaching. He met Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche in Tibet in 1959 and received teachings from him. He later revealed several cycles of Dzogchen teachings and practices connected to Gesar that
contain the highest level of spiritual teachings of Tibet. He is the father-in-law of Sakyong, Jamgön Mipham Rinpoche, leader of Shambhala Centers worldwide. The list of teachers with whom he has studied includes His Holiness the fourteenth Dalai Lama, His Holiness the sixteenth Gyalwang Karmapa, and His Holiness Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.

Welcome Back Acharya Richard John
October 17, 18 and 19
?Richard's teaching has for many years focused on the union of the Buddhist and Shambhala traditions. He has directed all levels of Shambhala Training, several Warrior Assemblies, Sutrayana Seminary, and weekend programs at centers in North and South America, Europe and New Zealand. He completed the first three-year group retreat at Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia.
In this weekend program Acharya John will be teaching on Bodhichitta and the Warriors Path. The warriors path is learning to be on the spot, open, relaxed and ready for anything that comes into our lives. The Bodichitta aspect is when our awakened mind and open heart doesn't hesitate to help others or goes about fearlessly and spontaneously doing what needs to be done. In this context we are cultivating gentleness, fearlessness and learning to be genuine in our daily lives.
